How it Works

1) Scheduling

Reach out and tell us what you need. Feel free to email, call or use our online scheduling form. We will always follow up with an email confirmation stating all of the scheduled details.

2) Medical Records

Please submit medical records no less than 2 weeks prior to the IME – especially if Integrity is requesting diagnostics on your behalf.

3) Appointment

Two weeks prior to the exam, Integrity will mail the claimant an appointment notice and map for their upcoming evaluation. We will also notify you if the claimant fails to attend their exam.

4) IME Report

The final report will be sent to you as soon as it goes through our rigorous QA process. Please make sure you tell the scheduler if you have an upcoming deadline or hearing date.

Frequently Asked Questions

What doctors do you have on panel?
We work with 100+ physicians in a multitude of specialities. For the complete list, log into the client portal to view the Physician List. Our schedulers can also assist in determining the best doctor for your claim needs.
How soon do you need the records and cover letter?
We prefer to have the records 2 weeks before the IME, especially if Integrity is requesting diagnostics on your behalf, as we request based off of the diagnostic reports in the claim file. Cover letters need to be received 5 days before the IME.
Where is my report?

Our report turn-around averages 7-10 days, unless a deadline was noted at the time of scheduling. Feel free to email us for an update.

What if you don’t have a doctor or specialist that I need?
We will gladly refer you to another IME vendor that has the specialist you are looking for. Feel free to give us a call or send us an email with your needs. We will always point you in the right direction if we cannot accommodate the request.
